110C6S Automatic Compacter - Mechanical Compacter Assembly
For 6inch dia. bituminous specimens. Mounted on compaction pedestal conforming with ASTM Designation D1559. Improved mold holder ring lifter, with detent position, allows easy mold installation and removal of the specimen mold assembly. After mixture is placed in mold, the simplified 110CH6S Compaction Hammer is installed. Dust - tight case projects repackaged Programming Counter; one revolution of the reset crank starts any programmed series of blows, and counter automatically shuts off machine at completion of the program. Column and belt guard are cast aluminium, All steel parts painted or plated. Gear head motor 1/3 hp; 115v/60c; request quotation for other power requirements.
