150 Stabilometer Set - California Type
StabilometerAxial pressure device in accordance with ASTM D1560 which can be used with test presses having at least 10 inch clearance between rods. Pump utilizes circulating ball nut and screw for ease of 2 cu. in./in. displacement. Diaphragm sleeve is molded synthetic rubber for simplified sealing and tensioning. The 200 psi pressure guage has 6 inch face and is recalibratable. Includes two filling/bleeding ports to avoid trapping air, a pressure relief valve to bleed air and to protect the gauge, a valve to introduce small amounts of air and a valve to prevent air from entering the gauge when replacing the diaphragm.
Factory Adjusted Base (150-80) The top of the base is 3.5 inch (89 mm) below the bottom of the upper tapered ring.
Calibration Cylinder(150- 120) 4 ± 0.005 inch (102 ± 0.013 mm) outside diameter x 9 inch (230 mm) high hollow metal cylinder. A diaphragm tension tester is appended at one end. Cylinder may also be used as strong sleeve.
Follower(150-92) 3.985 ۪.005 inch(101.22 ۪.13 mm) diameter x 5.5 inch (140 mm) high solid wall tube with right angle caps. Complete with operating manual. Approx. Ship. wt. 60 Ib.
