Air is drawn over the long-life mineral insulated metal sheathed heating elements and recirculated in the chamber by a side mounted fan. The oven is fitted with a side hinged door that provides access to the full width of the chamber when open. The oven chamber walls and door are insulated with low thermal mass encased fiber insulation, providing maximum thermal efficiency. All inner chamber surfaces are covered with polished stainless steel which resists chemical attack and provides for convenient cleaning.
